I lost connectivity to my Ghostbridge5 after hitting reset button | |||

Solution:
Unfortunately when you push the reset button on the Ghostbridge units you will no longer be able to access them. They are pre configured to talk to each other in our production facility and the reset button does not set the units to their custom configuration. You will need to contact technical support and supply them with the MAC address for the Base and the Node and they can send you the firmware and procedure for restoring the units.
