Solution:
Max peak to peak voltage on VDSL line is 7VDC. The actual measurement is around 6 VDC typical. Minimum current is 175ma. There is no max. current specified in the IC data sheet. The maximum current can be determined by the impedance of the load. (Single ended wire impedance based on the +/- 7 VDC output voltage).
