Solution:
The Quatech Serial Device Server Install Wizard is looking in a location that does not have the drivers. Windows 7 can be funny about where it pulls the drivers from. They come in a .zip when you unzip them there should be an option for you to select where you would like the drivers to be extracted to. Please delete the default location listed and type C:\SDS. Then when you see the wizard appear for the installation browse to the C:\SDS location.
