Solution:
The Mode indicates the PoE status on the port:Detecting: The POE switch will always show "Detecting" until connecting a device into RJ-45 port.Null: A Non-PD downstream device is connected to the port. No PoE power is being supplied.Pwr (IEEE): A PD downstream device is connected to the port, and PoE power is being supplied.
