Solution:
B Radios
SSID “connect” on the PC or the Access Point
Firewalls Disabled? Especially XP
Disable any other Network ports on the PC
b or g radio have it set to b or 11mbps
IP address of PC on the same subnet when in Ad-Hoc
Slow LED blink for Ad-Hoc Mode
On steady for infrastructure mode.
Fast blink means it is still searching
IP address on same subnet as Access Point
Can you PING the IP?
Does Finder find it?
Try resetting to factory default
On ESR make sure you are using power supply with enough power. (about 3 watt or higher)
Use Windows setup for Linksys wireless cards in XP
If Browser will not connect try (IP)/login.htm
If Finder finds it, select “Device Info” Interface address will be PC’s address
Are there any built in security features? May need to disable.
