Solution:
The ESP211 VCOM software will install and loopback on Windows XP Mode running on Win7 32 bit. Windows XP mode operates as a Virtual Machine, and the network configuration has to be set to Bridge Mode where the VM is using the network adapter that is connected to the LAN that is routable to the ESP211 device. Please note the ESP211 is discontinued and has been replaced by the VESP211.
