Solution:
10Mbps predated Auto-Negotiation, and it requires FORCE mode to be used. The MiniMc is strictly an Auto-Negotiating device; it has no option for FORCE mode. You would need a product that can be forced into 10Base-T. The device that does this is the McBasic.
