Solution:
Yes, the case has been tested to IP54 for water and dust. The housing is UV stabilized plastic made for outdoor installation. Note that if you’re cat5 cable isn’t a tight fit through the cable door you need to wrap it with silicon tape to achieve a tight fit. B&B carries part number IASFST MOCAP silicon tape for this purpose.
