Solution:
The smallest timeout value is 100ms. The smallest Inter-Message Time supported in the firmware is 100ms which means that we wait 100ms after the Modbus message comes in before we process it. Therefore the Modbus message timeout can never be less than 100ms. Our Software indicates the setting can be set as low as 1.
