Solution:

On power up the Ready LED stays solid for 20-30 secs (this indicates the unit is booting up) It blinks once a second when it is good.Link LED BLINKS with data on the networkOn the MESR P1 and P2 BLINK with data coming in and out of the serial port.On the MESR901-xx, if there is no fiber connection for the Ethernet, the Ready LED will be on Solid, until there is a valid network connection.(PF 10/28/09)On the VESR P1 and P2 are ON SOLID if you open the port. For example, in Hyperterm if you open the com port or the IP and port number and connect. They will BLINK with data going through. They will be OFF if there is no connection made to the port.When you Save and Reboot in the Manager Software the READY LED blinks faster.
