Solution:
We don't recommend updating the VESx / MESx firmware unless issues have been identified, and directed to do so by Technical Support. If the unit is working in the application, there is no need to update. Download an updated firmware file. Extract the ZIP file to a directory on the computer. Launch Vlinx Serial Server Manager and follow these steps:
