Connecting USBHUB4OEM hub to PC for first time, I get an unrecognized device error popup message.
Solution:
Are you connecting directly to the USB port on the PC or are you going through another hub? If you are trying to go through another hub, hook directly to the PC instead and see if it works. -->-->Have you tested other USB devices to make sure the USB port is good?-->-->There are no drivers for our device it is standard for USB hubs to be automatically recognized.-->-->Make sure your computer is up to date.-->-->Try it on another PC.-->-->If it still does not work you can email orders@bb-elec.com or call customer service at 815-433-5100  ext 3 and request an RMA number to have the unit sent in for testing.
