Solution:
The XSU-100 is a discontinued product so we did not develop 64 bit drivers specifically for this model. However we did develop 64 bit drivers for the current XSU2-100. I have not done complete testing but have been able to install and communicate using those drivers on a XSU-100 with a Win 7 64 bit PC.
