| I have firmware 4.XX but I can't update to the current 7.XX firmware. What could be the issue? | |||

Solution:
If you can get to the web interface the firmware will be on the home page. If the unit is 4.XX, 6.XX, or 7.XX you can only upgrade to the current firmware for that particular number. For example if you have 4.10 you could only update to another 4.XX version not to a 6 or 7 version.
