Here is the link to the newest firmware for the WiME:http://www.digi.com/support/productdetl.jsp?pid=2469&osvid=0&s=54&tp=2 have them check what firmware version they are running. they can do this from the web interface of the WiME (homepage -> administration -> update firmware). If they are not using 82000977_k1 have them update. CONFIRM SETTINGS They need to make sure they have optimized settings for their enviornment. I see from the configuration channel that they haven't hard set the channel or mode (Access Point only). This will cause the wiME to be more responsive. Reboot the module and then retest. Also, if the customer is still having trouble you might want to turn down the data rate on the access point and the WiME. That increasese the receive sensativity of the radios. You can do that from the web interface homepage -> configuration -> network -> Advanced Network Settings. Set the Max Transmission Rate to 1 or 2 Mbps, press 'apply' and reboot the module.
