Solution:
Go to LAN Configuration in the Web Gui. Primary LAN is ETH port and Secondary LAN is Expansion port 1. Primary LAN and Secondary LAN Bridged option needs to be set to Yes. Then click apply at the bottom to submit the changes. If Enable dynamic DHCP leases is checked it will hand out addresses to devices plugged into anything on ETH port and expansion port 1.
