If I lose connection to server will it re-establish the communication once connection is restored? | |||

Solution:
A open serial ports will reconnect without user intervention if there is a lose in the connection to the SDS. The drivers will make attempts to restore the connection and the serial settings. Data will be lost, of course, when the box loses power. If you are not using our serial drivers, what happens is beyond our control. Either way, the SDS box itself will come back up and be ready to talk over all connections.
