Solution:
You can upgrade the firmware through the web interface. The firmware is a binary image file (.img) This file will be located on the Software/Drivers/Firmware tab for the part number you have. Below is a link to the families of Airborne units this tech note applies to. http://www.bb-elec.com/Products/Wireless-Cellular/AirborneM2M-802-11-a-b-g-n-Dual-Band-Wireless.aspx Save the firmware image to a location on the PC. Click on Update module firmware and browse to where you saved the image.
