Solution:
You need to create a user either by using the Console Port or the iView software. Assign them User, Operator, or Admin rights The requirements for the User Name and Passwords are: 1-8 characters A-Z, a-Z, 0-1 Spaces are ok, any special characters may be used (@, #, !, %...etc) NOTE: Only someone with Admin rights will be able to open a Telnet session.
