Solution:
One can locate the version of the PROM file for the SNMP Management Module several ways. First, the customer can locate this information by opening up iView2 and viewing the Agent Info on the SNMP Management card. Also using iConfig in iView2. Using CLI, you will need to hit your SpaceBar for additional commands. Please type in version and press Return.
