Solution:
When installing a VCOM port with Airborne Management software on Windows 7 32 or 64 bit. We have found that even if you are an administrator on the PC you still have to do theprocedure below. Right click on the Shortcut on the desktop for the AMC software and click “Run as Administrator”.
