Solution:

Make sure to go the the website and download the newest firmware file for your device. Save it to your PC, and unzip the files. 1) Open iView 2) Highlight the card/chassis you want to update 3) Click on the iConfig View Icon 4) Click Open Session button 5) Enter User name and Password--(Default is admin, admin--a warning window pops up if the user name and password are at default, just click OK) 6) Click on Administration Tab 7) Click Update PROM File button 8) Browse to the location of the unzipped folder and Highlight it 9) Click OK 10) Click Reboot button
