Solution:

Directly connect the SS-BLT-100 to Com 1 of the computer. Start the configuration software. Click on the connect button and then quickly press in the button on the unit itself. This should reflect a connected message. Then uncheck the PIN option and leave the defaults to show Slave 9600 8 none 1 and handshake disabled.Then hit the read button. This reflected the Device Name : SS-BLT-100, the Local address of the unit should now appearing, Peer Address should be all "0"'sThen do a scan on your device and the SS-BLT-100 should be found via Bluetooth.
