Solution:
Carrier has release 2 bulletins, one describing an issue with using our new PCI cards, 3PCIOU1, and 3PCIOU2. Carrier_CMB04026.doc The other tells you which B&B part number will work with certain versions of ComfortVIEW and ComfortWORKS software The PCI cards on the below Bulletin are discontinued and were replace by the 3PCIOU1, and 3PCIOU2.
