Solution:

If you are using any of our media conveters that have LFPT the Ethernet Link LED will not work unless port the fiber and copper cables are connected. If you are using a medical converter that does not have LFPT the Ethernet Link LED should be on when you have established a connect on the copper side, reguardless if anything is hooked to the fiber side. If you are still having issue you can get a fiber patch cable to connect 2 of the media converters together and connect PC's on both ends to test the connection.
