Solution:
When the ESU2-400 is installed and working, It can cause the PC to hang during boot up. When the ESU2-400 is unplegged, then Boot up continues. When the existing firmware is version 7.25, an older firmware of version 7.23 loaded onto the device, will correct the boot up problem. Try loading Firmware 7.23 when this issue comes up. In some cases, when the 7.25 software is reloaded onto a unit that already has 7.25 firmware, it resolves the boot-up issue.
