Solution:
There are 3 possible options for your scenario: 1 - Our router would be VPN client and you would have a VPN server to create a tunnel for communication back and forth 2 - Multiple devices on the Providers network (example ATT) that they would give access to the same private IPS so that they all communicate. 3 - Cellular provider(example: AT&T) provide you with a public IP address instead of private
