Would there be any damage to either device, if a cata 5 cable from an ICRON USB extender , not the LAN Versions, was plugged into a standard Ethernet jack? No, there would not be any damage to weither the ICRON devcie or Ethernet devices if an ICRON device was plugged into a standard Ethernet jack.
