Solution:
This error may occur if you are provisioning your router for a second time. It is necessary to follow this procedure: Steps: Telnet into device. Once at the shell prompt (command line) type the following command “gsmat ATD*22899;” ,then press enter. It may take a minute or so but the router should then go out and do another OTA activation and connect. If you went from having Dynamic Public IP addresses to Public Static IP addresses the APN will most likely change.
