Solution:
Please follow below steps to launch Serial Device Server Configuration Utility in Windows:
1. Move the cursor on the shortcut of the utility
2. Right click
3. Select “Run as Administrator”
4. After that, you can see all functions available in the utility, VCOM mapping can also work well
