Solution:
This is because the installation program of RED HAT 6.2 cannot recognize onboard chipset of RS-100/200VF --- VIA VT82C694X, although this program has 82559's driver bundled. You have to install its driver manually in order to force system to recognize this LAN chip.
You should download the compressed file (such as e100-1.3.14.tgz ) for 82559 chip, then extract this file to get original driver source code. Please refer to the attached file
