Solution:

That is because some users' JVM version are 1.3 and some users' are 1.4, and these two of JVMs are not compatible, so we provide two different version of JAR file, and the JVM 1.3 already build in Win2K and WinXP, so if your OS is Win2K/XP, then you can monitor and control ADAM-6K series via IE browser without install any software, but if your OS already installed higher version of JVM, then you should upgrade the module's JAR file to V1.4, then also can monitor and control via IE browser.
