Solution:
(1)If you use an AT PSU, please setup PSU type as AT + ACPI option Enable in the BIOS.
(2)If you use an ATX PSU, please setup PSU type as ATX + ACPI option Enable + Power on after Power fail ON in the BIOS. Or you can setup PSU type as AT + ACPI option Enable
